Oya No Kai, Inc. is the parent group for the Japanese Magnet Program (JMP) of Portland Public Schools. The JMP is the Japanese immersion language program. We are a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization.

Oya No Kai's purpose is to contribute to the successful development of the Japanese Magnet Program (JMP) and to develop a network of mutual support among program participants. (read more)
