June 6, 2023: Initial information meeting

This is an introductory meeting where we’ll go over the latest updates on the trip and how you can get involved. That has not happened yet, but we need to start planning now to keep the door open for a possible trip in June.

  • 10/15/2022 – Payment #1 ($500)
  • 11/15/2022 – Payment #2 ($500)
  • 1/15/2023 – Payment #3 ($500)

  • 3/15/2023 – Payment #5 ($500)
  • 4/15/2023 – Payment #6 ($500)
  • 5/15/2023 – Payment #7 ($500)
  • 6/15/2023 – Payment #8 (up to $500 – only if necessary)

Please note:

The trip is budged at $3800 per student. This total may fluctuate depending on airfare prices and other changing costs. You will see a total amount due of $4150 in the registration application – once airfare has been purchased and other expenses fine-tuned, we will adjust the total due and your balance will likely decrease. Historically, any unused funds have been returned to families.

The payment schedule above is a suggested schedule. The registration site will spread your balance due over 7-8 payments (after the initial deposit). If you prefer to pay in larger increments, you are welcome to do so; however, we do not recommend paying in full because the last payment may be decreased or even eliminated.
